ONBOARDING FEE POLICY

Introduction

Thank you for choosing CGPH Group Ltd. or one of its subsidiaries for your financial services. To ensure the quality of service and compliance with regulations, we apply two types of fees: an Onboarding Fee and a File Opening Fee.

Onboarding Fee

The Onboarding Fee is necessary to cover the costs of preliminary checks on the client, including all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance activities. This fee exclusively covers preliminary checks and does not guarantee client acceptance. It does not include any additional services and is solely intended to determine whether the client is eligible to be accepted by CGPH Group Ltd., as well as with any entity directly or indirectly controlled by, controlling, or affiliated with the Company pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Affiliates"). The amount of the fee may vary depending on the type of service requested and will be clearly communicated at the time of the request.

This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the verification process. The fee covers the costs of collecting and analyzing documentation, verifying the information provided, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

In line with our Terms and Conditions and Agreements, the Onboarding Fee also does not imply any obligation on the part of the Company to achieve specific results. It represents compensation solely for the services rendered in the initial assessment and administrative tasks related to the case.

File Opening Fee

If the client passes the preliminary checks and is approved, a File Opening Fee will be required to cover the costs of managing and conducting a detailed evaluation of the case. This fee is required to formalize the opening of the file and to cover all expenses necessary for evaluating the client's case.

The activities covered by the File Opening Fee include:

  • Formalization of the file opening;

  • Detailed review of the client’s documentation;

  • Assessment of the client’s financial and asset risk;

  • Evaluation of potential alternatives and customized solutions;

  • Analysis of the guarantees provided and evaluation of their adequacy; and

  • Preparation of the necessary documents to proceed with the requested services.

Onboarding Process

The on-boarding process consists of two main phases:

  1. Activities covered by the On-boarding Fee:

    1. Verification of the compliance of the documentation provided by the client;

    2. Information checks to ensure compliance, in line with international best practices; and

    3. Preliminary risk assessment in line with AML regulations.

  2. Subsequent activities covered by the File Opening Fee (if the client is approved):

    1. Formalization of the file opening;

    2. Detailed review of the client’s documentation;

    3. Analysis of risk, guarantees, and customized solutions; and

    4. Preparation of documents to proceed with the requested services.

It is important to note that preliminary approval issued by the Company shall not be considered binding and may be re-evaluated upon submission of requested additional documentation. The Company reserves the discretionary right to request any further documentation deemed necessary for evaluating the application, including but not limited to corporate documents, shareholder information, administrator records, additional collaterals, and any other suitable activities.

The Company retains the right to halt the application process at any stage should an event of default occur. Default events include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Breach of contractual clauses;

  • Changes in the client’s solvency or status;

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities;

  • Significant market or economic changes;

  • Regulatory changes or alterations in the client’s risk profile; and

  • Changes in the client’s circumstances from those presented at the time of application.

Payment Methods

Clients can pay the fees via:

  • Credit/debit card through Stripe Inc.; or

  • Bank transfer to the provided account details.

Please ensure that the payment reference includes the invoice number or other relevant details to facilitate the identification and processing of the transaction.

Any costs associated with the chosen payment method are the responsibility of the client.

Terms and Conditions

The fees are payable regardless of the outcome of the verification process. This means that even if the client is not approved, the amount paid will not be refunded, as it covers the mandatory operational and administrative costs incurred for evaluating the case. These costs include the collection, analysis, and verification of the information provided, which require specialized resources and time, regardless of the final outcome.

In the event of non-payment, CGPH Group Ltd or one of its subsidiaries reserves the right to suspend any services until a valid payment is made.

Furthermore, the Client confirms that their decision was not influenced by any general solicitation or general advertisement.
